Shenzhen wangshenhua plastic& mould Co., Ltd. has set up factories from 1993, which is an integrated products-processing plants that has many years of experience with mold setting, injection molding. Our company has the most advanced equipment, high-quality technical and professional engineers. Over the years, we have been following the rule—"high quality and service first" .As a result of that,we finally get a good reputation among our customers. Most of all,our strong technical force, and the professional system-injection technology, has finally established our position in the plastic& mold industry .

Our company now has staff of over 400 . we have several sectors including: CNC machining center, the spark machining center, wire cutting processing center, Engineering Department, the Department of mould, the Department of injection molding, assembly and the Department of the Ministry of cardboard boxes. The the Department of mould has eight groups,with a total staff of more than 150 people, each with a head chef to make up for the division and apprenticeship. And the head chef has 10 years experience around the modeling. The engineering Department Works has 12-15 people, using PRO-ENGINEER, AUTOCAD, CAM, and other 2 D, 3D-aided design software to design models for our customers.The computer processing center has a number of 15-18 people in mapping software programming, CNC programmers.

Internal equipment including: 6 Qiaofu computer Luo, 22 DOPHEN sparks , 20 DEPHEN milling machine, 2 Taiwan Shuimo, 4 DEPHEN grinder, 2 sets of large-scale drill, Cutting Machine 14, and more than 20 injection molding machines and other manufacturing equipment.

The Department of mould has the profeesinal skill of processing various cases, including toys, daily necessities, electrical appliances, dishes, all kinds of decorations, and other plastic and rubber mold. Based on the drawings, we could process a variety of molds to ensure that time, the quality according to customers requirements.
