SJK series have the essential difference when extrusion process is concerned. Grooved barrel design during solid pellets conveying improves the pressure-building along extrusion. At the end of grooves maximum internal pressure occurs. However such peak pressure locates at the end of screw in the SJ series extruders. Just because of the strengthened solid conveying efficiency, the extrusion capacity increases dramatically and the extrusion process becomes more controllable.
