2, introduction of the Chinese Partner

The Chinese Partner is located in Qixian County, Henan Province, China.
The site of the Chinese Partner is 15km away from the downtown of Qixian County, 7km away from the railroad station of goods, 8km away form the express way of Beijing City to Zhuhai City. And there is a provincial level road passing through the site of the Chinese Partner.

Behind the site of the Chinese Partner, there is a Mine with capacity of high quality cement limestone of 0.6 billion tons, and quartz sandstone with abundant silicon of 8.5 million tons. The capacity of the mine can be used for more than 100 years. All the raw material used by the Chinese Partner are from the mine.

About 1km away the site of the Chinese Partner, there is a reservoir which supplies the Chinese Partner with abundant water. And a power plant of 74MW near the Chinese Partner which supplies the Chinese Partner with abundant power. At the same time, the Chinese Partner has its own transformer substation of power.

At present, the Chinese Partner employes 400 skilled workers and manufactures 400, 000 tons�cement each year including 32.5# slag cement and Portland cement. Has set up its own stable sales market in big cities such as Beijing, Tianjin, Wuhan and so on.

The total asset owned by the Chinese Partner is USD $ 17million

3, The project content of construction:
The project will construct a 5000 tons/day production line adopting advanced technology (New-Type, Non-Slurry), to realize 2 million tons cement producing capacity annually.

4, Estimated Investment:
The total investment of the project is USD $53.6 million, among which fixed asset is USD $47.95 million. After the project being put into production, the annual sales�income can reach USD $ 71.88 million, profits and taxes can amount to USD $ 23.42 million. the cement of best quality will have a broad market since the large scale economic construction and the improvement of the habitat condition of the people of China.
